The move

Removalists to Hervey Bay and the Fraser Coast.

Port Removals & Storage are removalists to Hervey Bay and Maryborough, bringing people up from Sydney, Melbourne, Canberra, Brisbane and the NSW coast.

Your Move Partner sees your current home on a video call and gives you a fixed price on that call. One of our own crews loads once and drives north. Our Brisbane yard is about 290 km south, so if the new place isn’t ready, your load waits there.

Many movers to Hervey Bay are retiring, drawn by the calm water and flat, easy streets.

FAQ

Moving to Hervey Bay: good to know.

How long does a move to Hervey Bay take?+
It depends on where you’re coming from and whether your load travels by road or rail. Your Move Partner confirms the pickup and delivery dates in your Fixed Price Move Plan.
What if my settlement dates don’t line up in Hervey Bay?+
The first 2 weeks of storage are free on any move. Your load waits in our Brisbane yard until you have the keys, then we deliver it.
Can you deliver into a retirement village?+
Yes. Tell your Move Partner the village name, and they’ll plan around its move-in times and parking.
What does the video survey involve?+
Your Move Partner calls you on video, the same day if that suits, and you walk them through your current home on your phone. They look at what’s moving and the access, then give you your fixed price on the call. Once booked, you get a link, and that link is how you join the video call.
