How is a move within NSW priced?+
For moves that start and finish between Taree and Grafton, a Move Partner visits your home in person. For longer moves across NSW and the ACT, your Move Partner walks through your home with you on a video survey. Either way you get a Fixed Price Move Plan in writing before the day. Once booked you’ll get a link, and that link is what you use to jump on the call.
How long does a move across NSW take?+
Most NSW moves are done in 1 to 2 days, depending on distance. Your Move Partner confirms pickup and delivery dates in your Move Plan before the day.
Do you use your own crew, or subcontractors?+
Our own crew and trucks carry out your move from pickup to delivery. No subcontractors and no handover partway.
Dedicated truck or shared backload?+
A dedicated truck goes on your dates. A shared backload fits your move into a scheduled run and usually costs less. Your Move Partner will tell you which suits your move.
Can you store our things if the dates don’t line up?+
Yes. Storage in transit can be built into your Move Plan, so your contents are held securely until your new place is ready.
