Outstanding service from this company who moved my mum from kempsey to tuncurry. The guys were so friendly and efficient, they were careful with everything and nothing was too much trouble.

What’s included
Everything in your Fixed Price Move Plan.
No stripped-back base rate that grows on the day. This is what a Tinonee move with a Move Partner includes.
A named Move Partner
One person owns your move from the first call to the last carton, no call centre, no being passed around.
Fixed Price Move Plan
Your price agreed in writing before we start. No hourly meter running while you watch the clock.
Our own uniformed crew
The team who load your home are our trained staff, never subcontractors handed your keys.
Professional wrapping & protection
Blankets, covers and padding for furniture, mattresses and fragile pieces, plus floor and doorway protection.
Goods-in-transit insurance
Full cover door to door, with options to increase it through our broker if you want extra peace of mind.
Storage if dates slip
Secure storage if your settlement or lease dates don’t line up, built into the plan, not a last-minute scramble.
Placed, not dumped
Furniture carried in and positioned where you want it, beds reassembled, not stacked in the garage.
Kept in the loop
A call before moving day and updates as we go, so you always know where your things are.
Access & timing
Moving in Tinonee, the practical side.
Access around Tinonee
Long driveways, gravel surfaces, cattle grids and overhanging trees all affect what size truck can get in. We check the approach beforehand and bring a smaller vehicle to shuttle if the driveway will not take a full-size truck.
Timing & season
Wet weather is the main variable, since unsealed driveways can soften quickly. We keep an eye on the forecast and will talk to you about timing if conditions look marginal.
Your in-home visit
A Move Partner comes to your home, walks through what’s moving and checks access at both ends, then puts your Fixed Price Move Plan in writing.
How is a move in Tinonee priced?+
A Move Partner visits your home in person, looks at what’s moving and the access at both ends, then puts your Fixed Price Move Plan in writing before moving day. We don’t price local moves over the phone or online, because the visit is what lets us write one number down and stand by it.
Is the in-home visit free?+
Yes. The visit is free and there’s no obligation to book. Your Move Partner will call to lock in a time that suits you.
Do you use your own crew, or subcontractors?+
Always our own trained, uniformed crew, never subcontractors. The same team handles your Tinonee move from start to finish.
Can you store our things if there’s a gap between homes?+
Yes. We run our own storage yards in Port Macquarie and Coffs Harbour. Storage in transit can be built into your Move Plan, and we deliver when your new place is ready.
Can you move us out of Tinonee to another town or interstate?+
Yes. We move people from Melbourne to Rockhampton, all of NSW and the ACT, with our own crew and trucks and the same Move Partner from start to finish.
